GAPPS is our proprietary GAINMORE™ AdvantEdge Potential to Performance System Assessment Tool.
GAPPS is unlike other psychometric tests that you may have used in the past. Such tools are most often used to determine the individual's ‘personality' or ‘traits' which you then most often use to determine what sort of person you are.
The intention behind GAPPS is to help take you from knowing your Potential to driving your Performance. In fact that's why it is called GAPPS – the GAINMORE™ AdvantEdge Potential to Performance System Assessment.
GAINMORE™, by the way, is the acronym for the Leadership Attributes descriptors.
GAPPS has been thoroughly tested, validated and has high reliability. Importantly, when you choose your benchmark, your self-assessment will be compared with SUCCESSFUL leaders in your field, at you level and where you are working. Others compare you against the average (and usually the average American), GAPPS compares you against leaders who are successful and otherwise share what you do, where you do it and at what level.
All your data is kept under Singapore Data Protection Laws enhanced with the European GDPR. Some personal questions, such as race and gender are for research purposes.
You'll take between 7 and 15 minutes to complete the assessment. Do it preferably in one sitting and do not overthink the answers. There's no right or wrong and a “high” score does not necessarily mean good.
Remember, GAPPS is entirely and only for your benefit, your self awareness and your development.

Remember: There are no right or wrong answers in this assessment. Respond openly and honestly, your immediate feeling is better than thinking long and hard whether your choice might be the best possible answer. Read each statement carefully (watch for those negatively phrased ones) and respond with how much you identify with the statement as being true about you in a normal working day.By the way:You can save your progress and finish later if you get interrupted.
